Standards
Acceptable Grades: Hara Metal Co., Ltd. specializes in trading the
following steel grades: S45C, SUJ2, 304L, SUM24L, SCM415, JIS G3101
SS400, along with their equivalents and others.
Specifications: All steel items must adhere to the chemical, mechanical,
dimensional, and surface finish specifications outlined in relevant industry
standards or as mutually agreed upon in purchase agreements.
Certifications: Suppliers are required to furnish mill test reports or
equivalent certifications with each shipment, validating compliance with
the prescribed specifications.
Supplier Management
Selection: Suppliers are assessed based on their historical performance,
certifications, and capacity to consistently meet our quality benchmarks.
Audits and Inspections: We retain the prerogative to conduct audits of
supplier facilities or enlist third-party inspections to ensure adherence to
our quality criteria.
Incoming Inspection
Visual Inspection: As part of our commitment to quality, every incoming steel product undergoes a comprehensive visual assessment. We meticulously scrutinize each item for surface imperfections, damage, and compliance with your purchase order specifications. Rust inspection is also integral to our process. Furthermore, our rigorous procedures include thorough hardness and roundness testing to uphold the highest quality standards. Rest assured, we meticulously verify the accuracy of quantities, ensuring precise and reliable deliveries for your satisfaction.
Verification Testing: We prioritize transparency and quality assurance. We offer Material Certificates (Mill Sheets), SoC-RoHS reports, and MSDS/SDS Safety Data Sheets upon request. These documents ensure compliance and provide insights into product composition, safety, and environmental standards.
